The fearsome blessing of that hard time continues to work itself out in my life in the same way we're told the universe is still hurtling through outer space under the impact of the great cosmic explosion that brought it into being in the first place. I think grace sometimes explodes into our lives like that-sending our pain, terror, astonishment hurtling through inner space until by grace they become Orion, Cassiopeia, Polaris to give us our bearings, to bring us into something like full being at last.

Life transitions are a crucial part of our lives. Often, it is these life transitions that propel us into change. These transitional places can elicit confusion and uncertainty but also be places to harness our creativity to explore and use our resourcefulness to discover new opportunities to step into change.

Maybe for many years you have been the primary caregiver in your family and lately have been contemplating the next steps? Maybe you are in mid-career and have yearnings to move into a completely different position or career? Maybe you are in leadership in your organization and desiring to help others bring out their best individually and corporately? Maybe you have recently moved to the US with your family because of your job and wondering how to navigate this new culture? Maybe you are at a crossroads of your life and needing to make major life decisions?

At these crossroads, how invaluable would it be to have a partner, who has the precision skills necessary to explore, identify, and evaluate possibilities that brings clarity to the next steps for you? This is my greatest hope in our coaching relationship. A carved out space and time for you to gain greater insight to the many different paths and options of expanding forward.
